COACH ASHLEY
Ashley has played softball for 20+ years and has been playing professionally since 2020. She has coached softball since 2018 for the Vallejo Hurricanes, Kansas City Shockem, and Missouri Challenge Cup teams, and also has experience with all age groups.

COACH KILIAN
After transferring from Division 1 Chicago State, Kilian graduated from D1 Long Island University. During his collegiate career, he was a Pitcher, Outfielder, and strong hitter. Since college, he has competed in the Empire (independent, semi-professional) League and has earned several accolades throughout his career.

COACH MARK
After being team captain for Suny New Paltz, Mark has played for over 15 teams across the nation and travels to nearly 20 tournaments per year. To date, he has played in over 400 MSBL games, earning a variety of accolades such as League MVP, Hudson Valley's Cy Young Award, and All Time stolen base leader.

Joe played 4 years at St. Thomas Aquinas College (D2) after playing 4 years on the Varsity team at Arlington High School. He currently plays professional men’s softball and provides lessons in hitting and fielding.

COACH ALYSSA
Alyssa has been a coach within the Dominican College organization since 2016, specializing in pitching. Prior to that, she coached on the Cadets 12U for a year and has nearly 30 years of experience playing softball and still enjoys playing in three local slow pitch and modified women's and co-ed softball leagues.
COACH STEVE
Steve is in his second year of being the varsity Assistant Head Coach at John Jay and was the junior varsity head coach from 2017 - 2019.
Prior to becoming a coach at John Jay,
Steve coached several travel teams within the Cadets Player Development Academy and the Taconic Rangers' organizations.
COACH RICH
Rich was a 4-year conference starting pitcher for Division 1 Long Island University and is currently the head coach of the Junior Varsity baseball team, as well as a Health and Physical Education teacher at Mahopac High School. He also coaches with the Grit and Lumberjacks organizations.

Carissa is recent graduate and a 4-year starter from St. Thomas Aquinas College where she helped STAC win their first ECC Title.

COACH WILL
Will is currently the Kennedy Catholic JV Baseball Head Baseball Coach and was the JV Softball Head Coach in 2021. He holds his NY State Baseball Coaching Certification, and after coaching travel baseball with the 16u and 17u Hudson Valley Renegades, he is now a coach in the Taconic Rangers Organization.

As a player, Will has been playing baseball for 20 years, including two years of varsity baseball at Arlington High School and travel ball with the Dutchess Aces.
